The UN Global Compact will advance private sector climate action at COP31 through a combination of UNGC-led engagements and Country Network-led sessions taking place across the conference.
UNGC-led engagements include high-level meetings, UNFCCC official side events and other global programme activities organized or coordinated by the UN Global Compact.
Country Network-led sessions are organized by individual or groups of UN Global Compact Country Networks, often in collaboration with local partners and hosted across national, UN or thematic pavilions.
Across these engagements, business leaders, policymakers and other stakeholders will come together to exchange perspectives, showcase business solutions and explore how companies can accelerate progress toward a zero-carbon, equitable and climate-resilient global economy.
