The Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs) provide companies with a roadmap to promote gender equality in the workplace, market and community. The WEPs Gender Gap Analysis Tool sets a high standard by encouraging companies to employ a holistic approach to gender equality and women's empowerment.

Each regional session will focus on the aggregated findings of the WEPs Gender Gap Analysis Tool report and, to be released on International Women's Day based on these findings, "Women Empowerment and Business 2022 Trends and Opportunities." : progress amid the challenges of the pandemic in all regions". In the LAC regional section, the report focuses on the region's significant improvements in its commitment to the WEPs and the WEPs Gender Gap Analysis Tool, as well as data showing what companies are doing to ensure safe workplaces.
