Barbara is a Psychologist with more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources, being a major part dedicated to D&I. She has a master's degree in Social Psychology and her research theme was new masculinities. In her trajectory, she stands out for achieving equity in 50/50 leadership positions and launching the Unstereotype Alliance with UN Women in Brazil. Also, served for two years as director of MM360, which brings together more than 50 companies for women empowerment.
