Milica is a project manager and consultant with background in engineering. She graduated Civil Engineering from the Belgrade University and started her career as a structural designer in the buildings sector. Although she joined Arup in Belgrade as a designer, in 2010 she joined the Project and Programme Management team in UK working on infrastructure projects funded by the European Union and International Financing Institutions. Since 2011 she has been working as a consultant in the Environmental and Social Advisory team. She is a Team Leader and key Social Consultant responsible for assessment of impacts from large infrastructure projects on the local community, from changes in the socio-economic profiles of the communities, to resettlement, livelihood restoration and stakeholder engagement, through to labour capacity and assessment of working conditions of the companies implementing the projects.

Milica is also the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion champion for Arup Serbia.
