Agnieszka heads the Warsaw Employment department and has more than 20 years of experience in advising on employment law and corporate law. She specialises in issues related to employment regulations, including social packages, group redundancies, transfers of undertakings to new employers, and collective disputes.
She also advises clients in preparing and implementing internal policies to prevent employee misconduct.
