Principled decision-making and human rights action are increasingly challenging for businesses today: margins are under pressure, rules differ from one market to the next, and with rising political scrutiny, staying silent on commitments can feel like the safer choice. Business leaders must make tough calls with little room for error. Yet employees, customers, investors and communities still expect companies to stand for human rights, and they notice when commitments go quiet.
Building on previous leadership dialogues held earlier this year, this closed-door event brings together senior business executives in a candid space to share strategies for keeping human rights firmly on the leadership agenda, managing risk without losing sight of values, and maintaining transparency credibly. Participants will leave with practical ideas, and a shared call to action on building stakeholder trust through principled leadership.
