Omid Aschari currently serves as a Senior Advisor at the UN Global Compact supporting the Principles of Responsible Management Education (PRME) initiative. Founded in 2007 and housed within the UN Global Compact, PRME is the United Nations’ largest initiative dedicated to advancing responsible management education, with over 820 business schools and universities worldwide committed to promoting sustainability in leadership education and nurturing responsible leaders.

Omid is also the founding Director of a globally recognized MA program and Professor at the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland. He brings 27 years of experience in strategic leadership, personal development, and effective collaboration, focusing on sustainable social and business impact through coaching and advising leaders and executive teams.

In 2005, he established the ASG Strategy Group, an advisory firm specializing in leadership development, strategy formulation and execution, and culture transformation. His professional journey includes entrepreneurial ventures, a consulting tenure at Accenture, and executive roles providing strategic guidance to organizations across various industries.

Dr. Aschari earned his M.B.A. with distinction from the Peter F. Drucker and Masatoshi Ito Graduate School of Management in California, U.S.A., and his Ph.D. in systemic transformation from the Johannes Kepler University Linz in Austria.
