Luana Ozemela is the Chief Sustainability Officer at iFood, the largest foodtech in Latam and one of the 500 most influential people in Latin America by Bloomberg Línea in 2024. With more than 20 years of experience, she currently served on the board of UNICEF Brasil and WEF’s Global Future Council on Jobs and Emerging Technologies. She is the cofounder of Black Women Investment Network and Development Impact Managers and Advisors. Former Hewlett-Packard and Inter-American Development Bank’s staff working in equity projects in 20 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean. She holds a PhD in Economics from University of Aberdeen and a MSc in Development Economics and Economic Policy Analysis from University of Southampton.
