Natalie Deacon, is Head of Corporate Affairs and Sustainability, Avon – part of the Natura &Co group of companies, in which role she is focused on igniting Avon’s purpose throughout and beyond the organisation, and leading key initiatives to deliver on the company’s stretch sustainability targets.



Natalie is a passionate advocate for Avon’s mission to create a better world for women and leads the charge on the social impact dimension of our sustainability strategy. She’s also responsible for communications across all aspects of Avon’s sustainability efforts, from corporate responsibility reporting through to engaging and inspiring our independent beauty entrepreneurs to embrace sustainability. Prior to her current role Natalie spent 20 years in communications and PR, and at Avon held a number of communications and cause marketing roles leading teams across the world and sitting on the county and region level leadership teams.
