Graduated with a double degree in Political Science and International Studies from Elon University located in North Carolina, USA and a Master's Degree in Public Management from the International University of La Rioja located in Logroño, Spain. She has specializations in Corporate Sustainability, Project Management and Human Rights. Her work experience includes technical assistance for the development and implementation of sustainability strategies within the private sector and the implementation of labor inclusion projects for vulnerable groups, including women, youth, LGBTI population and people with disabilities funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). She currently holds the position of "CSR and Sustainability Specialist" in the Salvadoran company Distribuidora de Electricidad DELSUR, for the past three years.
