I am a seasoned Social Worker with 28 years of experience in the Non profit making, government and State owned organisations,with a wealth of experience in the community development , employee wellness and transformation space . I am currently responsible for the management of the Eskom Women Advancement Programme in the Office of the Group Executive Human Resources and instrumental in setting the tone for Gender equality in Eskom.
From an educational front I acquired a Phd in Social Work degree from the University of the North West)Potchefstroom campus) as well as a Masters in Business Leadership (MBL) from the University of South Africa Business School . On the home front, I am a mother of two, Nonhlanhla(34)and Kgosi(22)as well as a grandmother to Andani(6) and Mohau(3)
