Ms. Willie, a lawyer by profession, is specialised in human resource management, industrial relations, employment, and labour law.
She currently serves as the Executive Director of the Employers Federation of Papua New Guinea.
Prior to this role, Ms. Willie was employed as a practicing lawyer with Australia law firm, Blake Dawson Waldron Lawyers (now Ashurst Lawyers).
Ms. Willie has also taught at the Legal Training Institute as a lecturer in commercial law.
She is a Board Director of the largest superannuation fund in her country Papua New Guinea The National Superannuation Fund Limited Board of Trustees.
She is chair of the National Skills Development Agency
She is a current Member of the EU-ACP Follow Up Social Committee for a 3 year term.
