Nadira Yusoff is the founder and CEO of Kiddocare, a technology-driven platform that connects parents with trained and certified on-demand childcare providers. Kiddocare started operating in 2019. Available as downloadable application, parents are able to get personalized childcare and early education services straight to their house or any other location they require. Care providers also known as Kiddocarers, are given the opportunity to grow their careers as professional nanny, or, as a childcare entrepreneur with Kiddocare Academy. Kiddocare also offers Pop-Up Nanny services that allow organizations and event organizers to provide low-cost onsite temporary childcare facilities without discounting safety and comfort of the children. During the COVID-19 outbreak Kiddocare offers subsidized childcare services to frontline health workers. Kiddocare is Malaysia’s first on-demand childcare service, with comprehensive on-boarding and screening processes, also developed to support children’s healthy and happy growth from 0-12 years old by personalizing programs, interventions and care support according to their developmental needs.
A lifelong advocate for women entrepreneurs and empowering women and girls through technology, Nadira Yusoff has also served as the Deputy President of the National Council of Women’s Organizations Malaysia (NCWO) where she was responsible for Economic & Entrepreneurship. She is the former President of the Women Entrepreneur Network Association Malaysia (WENA) and Managing Director of Girls in Tech Malaysia. Trained as an Electrical Engineer, her passion has always been about building technology to create great impact. Since 2002, she has also been the CEO of Nadi-Ayu Technologies Sdn Bhd, a technology company in Malaysia that produces innovative and creative technologies and solutions in the form of hardware, software and programs for the education sector, early learning and children’s lifestyle. Ms. Yusoff is also focal point for the ASEAN Women Entrepreneur’s Network (AWEN) Malaysia.
