Justin is an Area Manager and Director of Indigenous Events & Engagement at Amazon Canada, where he leads operations and intrapreneurship initiatives that embed circular economy and ESG principles into fulfillment practices. He is currently piloting projects including upcycling Amazon cardboard, poly bags, and metal hooks. Beyond Amazon, Justin is the Co-Founder of Passage to Prosperity (PtP), a social impact venture advancing sustainability-driven entrepreneurship, Indigenous partnership, and trauma-informed care through tools like the Prosperity Business Canvas and Meant to Care.
