Bruna Elias is a sustainability and innovation strategist with a background in architecture and a passion for reimagining business through technology, creativity, and purpose. She began her career in Lebanon, where she led corporate sustainability programs and advised private sector leaders on embedding long-term impact into their operations. Her work focused on innovation, cross-sector collaboration, and building strategic partnerships to drive systemic change. Over the years, she has consulted with organizations across Lebanon and the GCC to align business strategies with emerging global trends in sustainability and innovation.
Since relocating to New York in 2022, Bruna has taken on a global role at the United Nations Global Compact, where she leads the SDG Innovation Accelerator for Young Professionals. The program empowers emerging talent across 40+ countries with the tools to drive disruptive innovation within their companies- fostering intrapreneurship, experimentation, and sustainable transformation.
Bruna’s advocacy for youth, equity, and social change has earned her international recognition. She was featured in Amika George’s book “Make It Happen: How to Be an Activist,” and in 2019, she was selected to join a global Power Panel of changemakers providing technical advocacy and campaign support, establishing learning systems, and amplifying grassroots efforts around the world.
